hi People out there I really hope some algebra expert reads this. I am stuck on this assignment that I have to turn in in the next week and I can’t seem to find a way to solve it. You see, my teacher has given us this assignment that includes logarithmic function solver, equation properties and algebraic signs and I just can’t understand it. I am thinking of going to some private tutor to help me solve it. If one of you guys can show me how to do it, I will highly grateful.

If you can give details about logarithmic function solver, I may be able to help to solve the algebra problem. If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a math tutor, the next best option would be a accurate computer program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come upon which will explain every step to any math problem that you may enter from your book. You can simply represent as your homework assignment. This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments.

I know a couple of tutors who use Algebrator themselves to teach students.

Hello Friends, Thanks a ton for all your answers. I shall surely give Algebrator at http://www.polymathlove.com/adding-and-subtracting-rational-expressions-with-unlike-denominators.html a try and would keep you updated with my experience. The only thing I am very specific about is the fact that the software should offer required help on Pre Algebra which in turn would help me to complete my assignment before the deadline .

Don’t worry buddy. As what I said, it displays the solution for the problem so you won’t really have to copy the answer only but it makes you know how did the software came up with the answer. Just go to this page http://www.polymathlove.com/relatively-prime-numbers.html and prepare to learn and solve quicker.

I remember having problems with triangle similarity, y-intercept and solving a triangle. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Basic Math, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
