logarithmic function solver

Hi! Our class just started discussing a new topic in algebra regarding logarithmic function solver and I did well for most assignments we had but the latest one my professor gave complicated so I'd appreciate if somebody would help me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t finish it with ease unlike the other homeworks. I had an easy time answering my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of solving inequalities gives me a hard time just discovering how to start. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.

A extraordinary piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving decimals, converting fractions and adding numerators. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready.
