I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind multiplying and dividing real numbers. I find solving equations really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring . Can you guys suggest any online tool that can assist me with this subject?

The attitude you’ve adopted towards the multiplying and dividing real numbers is not the right one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a situation. Its nice that you still want to try. My key to easy equation solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

Algebrator truly is a masterpiece for us math students. As already said in the post above , not only does it solve questions but it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that eventual result. That way apart from knowing the final answer, we also learn how to go about solving questions right from the first step till the last, and it helps a lot in working on assignments.

Maths can be so much fun if there actually is some program like this. Please send me the link to the software.

I remember having often faced difficulties with least common measure, syntehtic division and cramer’s rule. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Algebra 1, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.

Yes I’m sure. This is tried and tested. Here: https://polymathlove.com/writing-a-rational-expression-in-lowest-terms.html. Try to make use of it. You’ll be improving your solving skills way quicker than just by reading books .
