How about some more particulars about your difficulty with typing a mixed number on a ti-84 plus? I might be able to throw some light on . If you are not able to get a good help or some one to sit and sort out your problem or if if it is too expensive , then there might be another easy way out . There are some good algebra programs that you can look into . I tried them out myself. It came across to me as excellent as any tutor can be. I would pick Algebrator for the kind of clarification that you are looking out for . What is smart about it is that it hand holds you to the answer rather than plainly giving the answer. Why not give it a try ?

I have tried out quite a lot of software. I would without any doubt say that Algebrator has helped me to grapple with my problems on graphing lines, like denominators and absolute values. All I did was to just key in the problem. The response showed up almost instantaneously showing all the steps to the answer . It was quite simple to follow. I have relied on this for my math classes to figure out Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I would highly suggest you to try out Algebrator.

adding functions, algebra formulas and sum of cubes were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is truly the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it frequently through several algebra classes – Basic Math, College Algebra and Algebra 1. Simply typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my math homework would be ready. I truly recommend the program.
