You simply need a good program to clarify the problems that are hard. You don't need a tutor, because firstly it's very costly, and on the other hand you won't have it near you whenever you need help. A software is better because you only have to purchase it once, and it's yours for all time. I recommend you to check out Algebrator, because it's the best. Since it can resolve almost any algebra exercises, you will probably use it for a very long time, just like I did. I got it a long time ago when I was in Pre Algebra, but I still use it quite often.

I tried solving the problems myself, at least once before using the software. If I couldn’t solve the question then I used the software to give me the solution. I then used to compare both the answers and correct my errors.

You will also find several interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math much more enjoyable.
