Hello , I may sound really stupid to all the math gurus here, but it’s been 2 years since I am studying fractions to decimals formula, but I never found it interesting. In fact I always commit mistakes. I practise quite often , but still my marks do not seem to be getting better

I could help if you can be more specific and provide details about fractions to decimals formula. A good computer program would be best option rather than a math tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any algebra problem from your book . It also explains all the steps (of the solution). You can just copy it as your homework . However, you should use it to learn math , and simply not use it to copy answers.

I used Algebrator too , especially in Intermediate algebra. It helped me so much , and you won't believe how easy it is to use! It solves the exercise and it also describes everything step by step. Better than a teacher!

I advise trying out Algebrator. It not only helps you with your math problems, but also displays all the necessary steps in detail so that you can enhance the understanding of the subject.
